A free introductory call
Around 10 minutes, by video or phone, in English or Mandarin. You tell me where you are and what you’re hoping for; I tell you whether I think I can help and what the realistic paths look like. No cost, no obligation.

A full eligibility review
If we go ahead, I take a proper look at your education, work history, language results, family situation and immigration history. You get a straight answer about what you qualify for now, what you might qualify for later, and where the weak points are.

A written plan and a clear agreement
You receive a recommended strategy in writing, along with a retainer agreement setting out the scope of work, the fees, and what each of us is responsible for. You’ll know the cost before anything begins.

Preparing and submitting your application
I give you a tailored document checklist, review everything you send, draft the submission letters, and complete and file the forms. Nothing goes to IRCC until you’ve seen it and you’re comfortable with it.

Staying with you until a decision
I monitor your file, handle correspondence and any requests for additional documents, and keep you updated as things move. When a decision arrives, we go through what it means and what comes next.
